American Airlines
American Airlines, the world’s largest airline, operates a fleet of over 900 aircraft and is a major player among the three largest U.S. carriers. As part of the Oneworld airline alliance, American Airlines offers a wide range of travel options, with domestic flights to 230 U.S. destinations and international services to 121 destinations in 61 countries. These international routes include North American cities such as Havana, the Dominican Republic, and Honolulu, as well as South American locations like Santiago, Sao Paulo, and Buenos Aires, in addition to numerous other global destinations. For most short-haul flights, American Airlines utilizes narrow-body planes with both economy and business classes, featuring improved seating but without bed conversion. For longer flights to farther destinations, the airline employs wide-body aircraft, which offer various classes, including first class, and provide enhanced seating options such as lie-flat beds.
